Our dynamic K1 style kickboxing training contains a high level of fitness, flexibility, stamina and strength. An exciting workout for speed and power on kick and punch bags, K1 kickboxing is a dynamic form of training with a partner; the regular supervised sparring incorporates kicks, knees, punches and take downs.

Practice kickboxing and you will learn realistic, practical and effective fighting skills for Semi, Light and Full Contact fights. Kickboxing will help you develop a toned body, self-confidence, flexibility and much more!

Let's face it, this is a major benefit. Our students tell us that the mental strength which this martial art develops is one of the top reasons they can't get enough of Kickboxing.
