Why Panthers?
At Panthers we offer our students a wide variety of Martial Arts and BodyMaX Fitness Classes, designed to get you progress quickly in self defence and self confidence, self discipline as well as help you loss /gain weight, body toning, core and joints strengthening, improve flexibility, discipline, stress relieve and louts more.... Our expert instructors have been sourced from around the globe to give you the best possible learning experience. We have a dedicated Martial Arts Centre in Yeovil that offers much more than can be found at many "pop-up" Dojos, which our competitors set up in schools and sports halls. 1 to 1 Personal Training
One-to-one training in martial arts is available fo: K1 Kickboxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing, , Boxing, Classical Japanice Ju Jutsu, Mixed Martial Arts and traditional Ken Jutsu and Bo Jutsu (hand bo, bo staff & katana) and Nunchaku's. We also offer one-to-one training for personal self-defence and improving self-confidence, for general personal fitness, body building, calisthenics and for weight loss/gain: body toning, core, abs, lower back and joints improvement. We also offer physio for people with back problems and joins problems (shoulder, hip, knees ...) It is also possible for two people to share a personal trainer for these lessons.
